Our last meal at this McDonald's was on a Thursday evening around 7:30-8:00. Only one other couple were in the restaurant, already seated and eating. We place our order go to get drinks and the area was a disaster! Soda everywhere, garbage, the ketchup dispenser was empty and dirty. Go to sit at a table and they haven't been cleaned all day by the looks of it. Don't even look at the floor, my sandal stuck to their floors
Went in and ordered. Took food to get ketchup and noticed large fry was less than half. Brought back up and manager says no refills. I said you handed me this that way. No we wouldn't do that. Well u did. He said u ate em. I said I had only had them in hand 30 seconds. He says I can eat that many that fast. I lost it. I'm there all the time. Can believe how was treated by manager Mike.
Offers quick service, except during typical meal times like breakfast and lunch. During these times the wait can be lengthy but usually no more than 15 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Order 2 sundaes and a fry. And waited 25 minutes to were my break was over. Managers were running around like they didn't know eht to do and to end up with cold fries. I used to manage a fast food establishment and this place needs to learn the term "flow of food"
I think this is the best McDonald's in Maine. They don't gouge you on prices, even going to far as to change your order and save $3 because you don't like eggs! Love it here. Union street and Broadway could learn from them.
