My kids love Dr too'lo, he's wonderful.
My 5 yo daughter was referred to Dr. Toolo for a few cavities in her baby teeth molars. My first concern was that they would not allow me into the exam room to be with my daughter through their procedure. The next problem I had which was even bigger, was that they pulled out one of her baby molars without medicating her for pain or to relax her. She came to me just as pale as could be, crying her eyes out and her t-shirt was saturated with sweat. Clearly she had suffered through that process and has been traumatized by that experience making dental visits very tedious since that experience. Needless to say, I never brought my child or any of my other children back to this dentist. He should not be practicing on children, he is more fit for practicing on animals in my opinion! I definitely do not recommend this dentist to anyone!
I have been taking my son here for the past 3 years now, and have had the best experience ever. I had searched for dentist, but none seemed to work out until, he was referred by his current dentist at the time. My son always has an amazing time, and never leaves upset. Even when he had a big procedure, removing four of his teeth. I was well informed before and after, which made what could have been an unpleasant experience for us, go rather smoothly after. I always refer parents around, he is by far the best dentist I have met, and he works well with my son!
Dr. To'olo is incredible. My daughter is 2 years old and terrified by anyone who isn't related to her (especially doctors). He was so patient with her and she got so comfortable with him that he was able to do the examination of her teeth. I cannot stress enough how great Dr. To'olo and his staff are. I will take my children here as long as I possible can. I am beyond impressed.
The staff and Dr. To'olo are always super friendly and my 7 year old has a great time at the dentist. He's a bit of a momma's boy, but he has no problem going out back without me and is always smiling and saying how much fun he had when he's done.
