The other day my McVety's gas fireplace stopped operating as it should. I called McVety's and chatted with Kim McLaughlin, manager of McVety's and she took the time to listen to exactly what the issues were that I was having and from that conversation ordered the part that was needed. The part arrived in a timely fashion and Pete McVety came to my house and personal installed the new part. This part and service was cover by their warranty. Great service from time of purchase to receiving needed repairs a year later.
