The check out person was fabulous. The guy I asked for help didn't know where the item was. And he seemed pretty focused on getting his task done, forgetting the part that I was there to spend money.
Clean and well stocked. Would be nice if the employees were trained at least in the basics of each department. Or at the least in their own. Inevitably I have to explain what I'm looking for instead of just asking for it.
I just hate going to Lowes. Why do they all smell like fertilizer? I can't find anything I am looking for and their sections don't make sense spreading plumbing and electrical items all over the store. The people are super nice and try to be helpful but normally they can't find stuff either.
Using the free WiFi and the Lowe's app on my phone, I quickly found the items I wanted and saved myself many needless steps. Got exactly what I was looking for at good prices!
I am always impressed by the welcome and help that I get each time I visit this store. Any project that I go into the store to buy, or questions I have on tools, or material, there is someone there to help. Thanks Lowe's team.
