Dr. Gilmore is amazing with people of all ages, but I've been especially impressed with how she communicates with seniors. She is patient, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the patient's needs are met and that the patient feels comfortable with what's happening. I regularly recommend her to others.
The experience was nice, but they pulled a fast one on my wife. She was told on the phone that they would accept vision insurance and when she got there they would only take medical insurance. For us this meant paying a copay when normally we'd be 100% covered. Our family will not be back.
