Just tried to set up an appointment to speak with them about moving all of our insurance from a carrier we've been with for 40 years. Asked if I needed to bring our policy, et cetera. They told me they don't deal with the company I'm currently with. I know!!!!!
I love Cross Insurance! They regularly review our policies and make sure we have the most appropriate coverage for our cars and home at the best price, without us even asking. Everyone I talk to is always very kind and helpful. I'm very glad they handle our insurance needs!!
Used them for auto and homeowners for 13 years. Overpaid by double for about 7 years when we purchased a new home. They NEVER looked into finding a cheaper rate for us. We tried to use them again when we were in the process of purchasing another home. Should have known better. They were terrible. Very slimy, looking for ways to NOT insure. Would never recommend and never try to use again. There are other companies out there. Look at their ratings from former employees...speaks volumes. Out for money, NOT to help insure people.
