I cannot understand why you have ANIMAL CONTROL if the person who is in the department does not touch the animal. I called Bangor PD and was advised of such. Someone dropped off an emaciated cat in our neighborhood. What is she being paid for??? Driving around???
Just called City Hall with a ton of questions about car registrations / special circumstances. Was put on hold and when woman answered from Vehicle Registration / Excise Tax she was super considerate and aplogized for the wait plus answered all my questions without sounding like I was a pain in her butt!!!
