It's hard to find REAL Maine Italian sandwiches anymore. They used to be everywhere. Now the chain sub shops have decimated people's ideas of how our sandwiches should be. Legacy truly provides an opportunity for those of us who remember the great Italian sandwiches to get one that tastes great now. If you want something else, they have those too, but try the Italian for the Maine sandwich of 50 years ago. Tradition has been revived.
Closest thing to the historic "coffee pot" sandwich place as you can get (without the signage and of course Skip)! People here are always friendly and happy to serve!
