Everytime i go there its a great experiance. The fish and animals are all so lively and happy. I have gotten my aquarium there about two years ago and all the supplies. Also yesterday i had gotten some finches they are so sweet and very use to people.The staff is super helpful and supportive! I prefer this pet store over the huge pet store chains!
I went in there to buy some Fiddler Crabs one day, and a week or so later, they died. I did all of my research, but did not have the chemicals and a few other things right, so they all died. I told Alex, he told me what I did wrong and what I need to do to fix it, set me up with the right things, and replaced my crabs for free. I highly recommend it. Great people, high knowledgeability, amazing customer service.
Don't sell the black and white bunny. That bunny is mine. I want the bunny and I will come and get it along side a fish. Feed him well, and don't let anyone think about holding or buying my bunny :) I really like that bunny.

I went in there and let me say i will never, ever go again. The regular woman was not there and i had the displeasure of dealing with another lady. She was rude. Beyond rude. The animals seemed to even cringe at the thought of being handled by her. She even swore and dropped a poor animal because she thought it would bite, claiming she hated handling the small animals and reptiles. I wont buy there ever again as long as she is there. I see another person shares my sentiments as well. I will also tell anyone who will listen to not spend their money there until she is gone. How can the owner allow someone like that to handle the animals??? It must be stressful for them.
