Poor customer service. Was given the wrong medication, bottle was open and was stock bottle. Thank goodness I have a friend who is a pharmacist because the pharmacy told me it was a different brand.... nope, totally different mood altering medication. Was never given a resolution. Pulled all my prescriptions as soon as my insurance no longer forced me to fill them there.
Since there move to the new building in Brewer the service has gone down hill ( not that it was so great before ). Can not seem to get through over the phones or gets meds in a timely manner. Feels like we're waging battle to get our clients medication each time we go in. Staff apologizes each time meds are not ready but sorrys don't give our clients their meds.
Long wait time but can't expect much less for as many customers as they have. Not as organized as Miller drug at the cancer center but free delivery of medication helps as well!
The employees are completely incompetent, & they are constantly messing up. I have never been able to just walk into this pharmacy and pick up a prescription without there being an issue and/or having to wait 30 mins. They don't even have working phones so the only way to speak to anyone is to go into the store and once again waiting 30 mins to be helped. The medications are extremely overpriced compared to other pharmacies in the area, one of my medications were almost double the price of the pharmacy I'm using now. I do NOT recommend Miller's at all. I don't know what happened but, Miller's used to be a good pharmacy years ago. They need to get their crap together and have more respect for their customers.
What kind of pharmacy doesn't open until 10? They don't get anything right and they violate HIPPA hardcore. If you're smart you'll go somewhere else.
