Using excessive force.stop.at 1800circa hours/at least 2 patrol cars on 04412 out of jurisdiction no where near Harbor master's ordinance; Thivery of personal items=oneplastic waterbottle; 2 incense sticks; 3:a braceletnely bought $:altoid can of topbacco; 5:my last tailormade and the box ^:my altoid container containing loose tobacco. PLZ Note toCPL; and Harbor Master: trespassing over the Chamberlain bridge.
So unprofessional, they take nothing serious and pick on innocent people!!
Twice I've foolishly relied on bangor pd to acquiesce a request to prevent a neighbor of mine from disturbing the peace. These simpletons apparently would rather side with the brute, whom on multiple occasions has threatened me with violence, rape and has been psychologically intimidating me ever since I mistakenly moved in above him. Bangor PD could care less about the laymen... Oh wait... No they couldn't.
the officers have been snooty and rude. they come with a attitude of “im in charge” and “ shut up im speaking” instead of compasionately trying to find out what is going on, they have not addressed issues presented in situations i have experienced. they bring more negative then positive out comes including dealing with children. clueless about how to even handle disputes- or domestic violence. they pull over people then not show up to court. they need more education
