Im suppose to be moving up to Bangor next week and I saw a posting on craigslist posting from this management company and I left a voice mail and sent a email just in case the voicemail got lost in the shuffle and visa versa! I called today and got no where (an it took a few calls through out the day to get someone live) with the woman who answered the phone! It seemed like when she finally picked up I was interrupting her on what she was doing or was about to do! I tried to explain to her why I was calling and she seemed uninterested on giving me information or anything that might help me talk to the right person! She also stated not to bother coming to the office as well because non of the agents are never there at the office! So, my first impression of this office is that I may need to find some where else to look before I end up homeless when I finally move my stuff up there! Be aware you may not get a response and if you do expect an attitude when you are trying to give them business!
We worked hand in hand with Robbie and are more than satisfied with his work. We needed help with managing our property because we are overseas right now and MREM did a real good job. We can truthfully say we trust Robbie and his crew with any business regarding our property. He did more than he had to and is very fast with corresponding by email and finding solutions for each of our problems. We can't not thank you guys enough! 5 stars! 7 if we could!
This place is a joke. My girlfreind and i rented from them for a year and couldnt wait to leave. We had a water leak in our ceiling that i called and called about and all they ever did was look at it take some photos and leave. The receptionist has the personality of a tree stump. Very rude. This place is a joke. Do not rent from maine real estate management only in it for the money, not in it for the people
Good company to rent from, in my experience. Open to answering any questions, and quick to respond to maintenance issues. For example, when I first moved in, the fire alarm would go off whenever I boiled water (I was in a small studio, so it steamed up easily). They replaced the fire alarm the day after I called. Unfortunately, this new one was the same type of sensor, so it still went off. So, I called again, suggesting maybe it was the type of fire alarm. They sent someone out that day, replaced the fire alarm with a different type of fire alarm, and presto! Never went off again. The only complaint I have is that they never answer the phone directly (even calling during business hours). That can get a little frustrating. But, they always called back within the day, so I'd rent from them again. (Review written in Aug, 2017)
