Broadway Self Storage has horrible customer service. Several times, the doors came off the frame, and despite their website stating that there would be someone in the office 6 hours a day, there was not a single person there in the whole time I had my things stored there. It is impossible to get a hold of these people; after leaving, I notified them via email, and was told I would be getting my security deposit back. That was in April. It is now August and I have tried emailing them, and calling them, and have still not received my deposit back. This place is okay if you need a cheap, sketchy place to store your things, but don't look for reliability.

THEM IT WOULD BR MY LAST MONTH, AS USUAL I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. EXPECTING THE WORSE I CALLED THEIR ONLY AVAILABLE

The signing up process was fairly easy. The units are old, you get what you pay for. It's not paved well, in the spring it is muddy and I could see potential flooding situations in certain areas (inner units). The units are not sealed well, black mold took over the bottom of my bed frame. Those are risks you take and I understand that. The frustration comes when I sent multiple (over three emails) and called twice to let the owner know that I would be vacating. I gave 30 days notice, 2 week, 1 week. Then the day of and a week later I called to let them know that I was gone. Three weeks later I got an email saying that it was vacant. Almost two months later I still have not recieved my deposit. I called 3 weeks ago and then again today no answer and no return phone call. The worst. I do not recommend this place unless you need a cheap place to keep your stuff.

Very poor customer service. Left 3 emails weeks prior to vacating unit as well as 2 voice messages, and I still was charged the next months rent. I have tried calling them a dozen times over the course of my rental and not once did I reach anyone. They give an alternate number you can try after business hours, and no answer. Place is run down....glass everywhere!

I AM 85 YEARS OLD A 100% PURPLE HEART DISABLED VETERAN. I HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING DUE TO LANDMINE INJURIES AND
