We went here to celebrate a family birthday party we Waited 40 minutes before the waitress put our order in, lied it said that she put it right in in and when we finally got our food it was under cooked. The apple sauce for the kids meals, frozen,. The burger (sliders), 2 of the 3 were not cooked, the liver and onion dinner, completely raw. and the manger from the kitchen came out and apologized, proved that the waitress didn't put the order back in time, yet only comped half of the meal.. we couldn't even eat the food.. It is safe to say we won't be back.
This is truly a favorite place to go. The service was excellent and the food has got to be the best, I will definitely take people out to eat here, atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. A very satisfying experience!
Haven't gone for a long time but went to have dinner tonight and was very disappointed. I ordered the "New" Shepards Pie, THAT WAS NOT SHEPARDS PIE! That was the most disgusting dish I ever tried. No flavor and very dry! No gravy or cream corn. This item needs to be removed from the menu OR learn how to cook shepards pie correctly. Fire the creator of that disaster. Thankful the manager removed the disaster from our bill. The hostess was prompt and friendly as was our waitress.
Great food, great prices, fear family restaurant, great staff
The place is a bit dated, service was great however food was bland like boiled chicken bland and it was cold. Prices are so so for what you get. I wouldn't suggest this chain I'm sure I won't go back.
