The staff is mostly unhelpful.. sometimes there is a new person who is still helpful.

So if youre into that, maybe its a perk. You can easily go there and purchase 1/2 of what you want for twice what you would want to pay. For example: a bag of 100 double cap rivets, where the head is missing, for 6.99$. Sure, I could take it back, and I would get a refund, but deep down, I know and expect that kind of thing from Joanne Fabrics. They have deep discounts for times when you are not at the store. Its like they don't want your money. I cannot come the Joanne fabrics at noon on a Wednesday for 75% off an item, I work and stuff. Maybe if I were retired. If you purchase anything, you'll get a coupon, but you will never get a coupon for the same day. Which means you would have to comeback... which is a pain in the butt at the very least.
Employees are nice, however, there always seems to be too few of them. Depending on the time of day, checkout lines can be very long.
There are at least 2 other craft stores in the same area, within 2 miles. If you can, I would recommend going there.
This place has lots of stuff, yarn, fabrics, beading, painting supplies, drawing supplies, and a bunch of other great craft items! They almost always have a sale or coupons going on!
The parking lot is dimly lit, and has that "This a good place to get Mugged, Raped, or Murdered" feel.
Has most everything you need for crafts. Staff very helpful.
