Everything is well organized for each event
It is the only game in town. They have most of what one would need for a party but the helpfulness of the employees is hit or miss. One particular employee Polly, refused to wait on me and took the lady behind me even after the other customer refused and Polly insisted again. I finally told the other customer to go ahead so we could all get moving. Polly still refused to wait on me and called another staff member up from the back. When I complained about this I was told that Polly denied her actions and there is nothing they can do about it because it was my word against hers. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my entire life in any retail establishment!
The Party City stores in Mass are cheaper
Great place and great service. That girl Polly, is a very hard worker.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... Didn't have the items that we were looking for.. Every question that we asked the response was "I don't know"Ummm,im not sure" The associates were not personable at all.They didn't seem to have any knowledge of anything in store..
