Clean and a lot of light
Good equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. There are multiple rooms with equipment and free weights. I would recommend.
They offer a lot of classes
Unfortunately I was not very happy with the facility. The staff was helpful and friendly but the building was quite old including the equipment, it seemed like an OLD high school gym for any of the weightlifting equipment.
Great weight room, good classes, friendly staff and even a pool you can use in the hotel next door.
Big gym with plenty of machines
Great place, more than enough equipment, classes to fit all needs, friendly environment from the staff to the members. Highly recommend Golds
