Im am beyond mad at this point if "jillian" ever asks for you you to come back do not expect to get what you asked for i had at least 4 inches of hair and asked for her to leave 1 inch and a half with a one and two on the sides i ended up looking like a 8 year old at there concert with maybe a quarter of a inch of hair all around if i could i would have rated this no stars but i cant
I never have had anyone from Maine cut my hair. I'm a city boy and my normal barber just isn't around anymore. I went to this place and this lady gave me a straight freshie haircut. I prolly need to eat subway after this. I now have a new barber per say. Her fade game was serious.
Great concept...lacking in follow through on concept. Estimated time for haircut is displayed on screen, which becomes a farce when stylist continues to update time at will by listing the next 4 people as on-deck. None of the three stylists appear to enjoy their environment
This is one of the best barbershops I have ever been to. When they cut your hair they leave notes in their system so if you come back and the person who cuts it regularly is not there, they know what to do. My favorite girl is Shannon. She is very friendly and seems to understand the way I like my haircut. She is also patient and doesn’t seem to be in a hurry like many places I’ve been to. If you want a nice haircut ask for Shannon!
Came at 5:15 and told they weren't taking anymore customers because they close at 6. I thought open til 6 ment they were open til 6. Guess not.
Last thing... please do not suggest a tip amount...let the food service industry have that distinction.
