Found staff very helpful even though store was busy. Had a piece of equipment broken but still took measurements and said he'd call us back to let us know ( in my experience this rarely happens when people say they'll call back) but the manager did call back with an hour and told us equipment would be fixed next day and to come in and they'd take care of the new glasses for us. Very good follow thru
So disappointed with customer service. My husband bought a $600+ pair of eyeglasses from LensCrafters in Bangor last year. Recently one of the little silicone side sleeves fell off because it was loose. He went in today and asked if they had a replacement. The young woman she couldn't help him; said they don't carry any parts, and that he could look online for one. What!!!!! That's it?? No help at all. You would think that after paying so much money for a pair of glasses, that such a large chain store would either 1) have some 19 cent silicone extras on hand, 2) look up my husband's warranty and see if his glasses are still covered, or 3) at least offer to order some through the company or suggest somewhere to buy them. Nothing. No help......poor customer service. We will not be going back.
They have a great team of caring staff members that strive to meet your needs.

Probly the most ignorant and unhelpful staff I've ever dealt wqith. Very snarky, crappy attitude. They are very willing to take your money, but if an issue arises, you're on your own
