Excellent gym and equipment. A little packed now that Young's MMA has joined, but the gym culture itself is superb.

My current gym spot. Been going about 4 weeks. Very chill atmosphere so far. The classes deem hard! The studio space looks nice. Wish they had a gentle yoga class.

It's a clean gym, it has enough space machines and weights.There different classes for those who like to do stuff in groups eg spinning,body combat, boot camp and you can get personal trainer services too.
