Found a ring we liked at an affordable price. Their sales people are extremely patient and friendly, and when they thought the ring wouldn't be back from sizing in time they requested a special delivery to get it back in time. Looking to get our wedding bands here too. Would definitely recommend!

Looking for a ring in the Bangor Mall is pretty simple, once you've gone to one place, you've seen it all. Maybe prices vary a little, but in the end its the same designs and, most times, quality. JB Robinson was the last place I checked out, and to no surprise had all the same engagement rings all the other stores had. Actually, JB Robinsons had a smaller selection, letting me accidentally see their sterling silver section, which had the perfect engagement ring. Being a $200 ring, it was obviously not good enough so we designed one on their fancy system off the design of the sterling silver ring. This, Mr. Matt Moore told me, was a 4-6 week process of designing, making the mold, 'okaying' the design and making the ring. At this point I was 5 weeks out from my hoped proposal time, and he promised to get it to me by the time I needed it.
Best company Ive ever they learn your name and treat you like a person and are never mad or stuffy to you if you don't buy something that day... I would pay more just to go with them, not that I do because their prices are great!!
3 weeks later I hadn't heard back about a design or anything, so I called and they dealt with me kindly, listening to my worry that the mold wasn't even made, never mind in the mail, and took two weeks after the mold had been okayed, leaving me ringless for my best opportunity to propose. I had the idea to just okay the mold without seeing it to cut the time down, and Mr. Moore supported the idea because I was building a ring off a design I had already seen, giving me great confidence. Again, he said he would take care of me.
One week out from leaving for our tropical destination where I planned to propose, still no word on the ring. As you can imagine, I was checking in often with Mr. Moore, who gave me confidence and told me not to worry every call. That friday, I got a call from him asking if I could meet in Augusta because he was going to drive from Bangor to Portland to pick up the ring, and meet me wherever it was easiest. Needless to say I was blown away I didn't have to drive to Bangor from Augusta the day before we left on vacation, and that this Matt Moore, who I had never met, was going to travel for 4 hours to get me the ring. I cannot say enough about their manager, and I will be buying my ring from there out of sheer appreciation.
