BUYER BEWARE!!! Detailing service was awful - aside from missing so much that was obvious, the window fins are now FILLED with condensation, the roof paint is gravelly, and door paint is chipped in two spots where it wasn't before. Not only did they NOT improve the condition of the vehicle, they made it WORSE, and then they gave a belligerent attitude when voiced displeasure - like how dare we criticize! tried to tell us they went "above and beyond" and then turned around in next breath and said not gonna through in "a bunch of free work" on a $189 service. Staff people then gave conflicting stories about warranty; one said manager wouldn't warranty it and other said manager said would only make it right. Like any one would feel warm and fuzzy about leaving a car there again to be "fixed" after that - not! Horrendous customer service, and they do NOT stand behind their work!
Excellent! Got all the normal spots and plus all the spots and cracks impossible to get at home! Will definitely be back.
Fantastic customer service as well as First Class work.... Been using Deane's for 30 years. Tell me how many other Detailing business have been around that long. They have remained in business for all those years for a reason. Would Highly recommend to everyone.
