If I could give this place zero stars I would. No wonder it didn't cost that much because my phone is more broken than it was before. I dropped my phone and the screen broke but people were calling me so that's how I know my speaker worked. Now my speaker doesn't work, there's plastic sticking out of my speaker. My finger print thing doesn't work and I know that worked before too. And there's a bunch of other stuff. Just go somewhere else and pay more. It's worth it.
To describe my experience using this company trying to get my phone fixed would be a gargantuan task because this company is garbage! They use doublespeak, they use insulting terms, and they are not reliable. Phone was given to them on monday with the promise that I would have it fixed in two days. I left my email address with him so he could contact me when said phone was done. I had to go physically to the mall today to retrieve my phone because the gentleman was trying to jip me, take my money, and put the broken part back on my phone! I actually had to call my dad and have him interfere with me because the gentleman at the fix was belligerent and belittling to me. It was only due to my father's help that I was able to retrieve my phone. I would not recommend this company, I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to other military members, as I am a military daughter myself. I know most believe that the mall is a convenient place to shop, but trust me, avoid this company like you would avoid the plague because they are bad for business indefinitely unreliable to the nth degree! I may be a young woman, but I am not naive nor am I stupid as this gentleman at the fix try to make me out to be. He even asserted that he didn't care what the customer thought, because it was his business. Trust me, avoid this place! If I could, I would have given them 0 stars because that's what they're worth.
I've broken my iPhone several times over the past couple months. Every time I've gone to the kiosk in the Bangor mall, Adam has worked on my phone for me. He's always very pleasant to talk to while working on my phone. I'm always pleased with the work does, and he always goes above and beyond to help me out. Definitely an asset to the company. Id go to the fix over any other place from now on!
Do NOT go here whatever you do. I came in to get my screen fixed and they pulled me back over after about 10 minutes saying the battery stopped working and I would need to pay $60 extra dollars to fix the battery but no worries they discounted the battery to only 30.... I spent 125 dollars getting my screen fixed... unreal
Horrible. Stated they could repair the phone and after they put a new screen on and I paid $170 there phone did not work because the antenna was damaged.
