My husband and I visited this US Cellular store today. The woman who called herself a " service rep" offered no help at all. She didn't even try to offer any sugestions. She gave us a brochure and told us to call the insurance company or buy a new phone. We went next door and bought a new battery for $42 and it was fixed, no thanks to US Cellular
Helpful staff they always helped me right out
Told me a sale ended on Friday... Actually ended on Thursday. Total waste of my time. They should've honored their word. I would've gotten 3 phones with unlimited plans.
The employees are helpful and friendly. Most are really good at their jobs, unfortunately they don't seem able to plan and staff appropriately for busy time. DO NOT go when it is busy.
Very poor when u have 2 wait 2 pay for 20 minutes and the staff is overwhelmed with 5 people in line customer service is Where? It's a joke. ! Phone and service is good. lots of room 2 improve customer service!! If they care they should show it and prove 2 the customer .more professional and efficient people that can handle the work load !
