The service here is really excellent. The staff makes you feel right at home and super comfortable. I don't know very much about technology so it was nice to have assistance that I felt went above and beyond. First it was my ipad malfunctioning, and then another day it was my personal computer. Both fixes were quick, friendly, secure, efficient, with kind hearted technicians on the job, it was my pleasure to go back a second time with faith and confidence. It is always frustrating especially for me being low tech when a device breaks. This business sure knows how to get the job done. If I ever have another technological issue, I will surly return to Maine Geeks.

The techs there promptly addressed my concerns with some problems I was having with my PC. The screen kept freezing while I ran certain programs, despite it being a semi-new computer purchased less than a year ago. They were quickly able to diagnose the issue and tweak some deep settings and I was on my way. The computer now runs as it should; like-new.
I will definitely be a returning customer and would suggest this business to any of my friends. Hopefully I will not have any additional issues but it is great to know that if I do, I have a place I know I can rely on.

Oh wow, I appreciate this business to the fullest, they saved me in a crunch. I was about to fly out of Bangor International Airport on business when my Iphone started to act strangely. I count on this particular phone for ALL of my business accounts, work, and dealings, as well as for some personal(although I have an Android for my family to communicate with me)communications. When the applications started to run slowly and different screens, for instance the phone screen started to flicker, run slowly and then ultimately freeze up, I became very worried and upset. Being away from home and expected on a flight, combined with being on a tight business schedule I was quite stressed out. I popped into Maine Geeks One Day Repair after searching online for a local repair shop. When I walked in I was immediately helped and the employees were friendly and very efficient. After they quickly addressed and assessed my phone, they knew right away what exactly the fix would be. Being an older gentleman, I am not too technologically advanced. I pretty much know the basics for my business dealings, and can run simplistic programs and applications I find useful in my life, but besides that I'm basic. After some clearing of unnecessary applications, a reset, and a few other adjustments, I was quickly on my way and on my flight punctually.
