It is an amazing place! They take their time doing your nails! I love it

Terrible.. the service was great but my nails are horrible.. i dont like it at all.. i do my nails in other places and its ok but this time at this place was the worst.. i cant explain how disappointed i am.. i don't recommend this place to anybody.. dont waste your time and money there.
The nail tech that I had (older man) raised his voice at me several times, squeezed my hand so hard that it was bruised the next day, just for asking him questions. He was very angry with me because I could not understand him very well and he had a hard time understanding me also. I was very polite to him and smiled yet he was rude. He told me to go somewhere else next time because I asked for two toned nails. He said that no one in Maine could do nails, so that is why he came here. He ripped my acrylics off without my permission and told me that I didn't understand "anything" when I questioned him. I ended up with my own nails, a look that I did not ask for, and a bruised hand. There were too many rude comments by him to list here. His cash only business method was also questionable .
I have been going here for 5 years now and was always happy with their service up until about 3 months ago. I was told by the owners wife not to come early because I was bad luck and if I was their first customer they were not busy for the rest of the day. I told her that was stupid I had nothing to do with their business. I kept on coming at my usual time and noticed that even if I was the fist person there they would make me wait and let 2 or 3 people ahead of me. I was not happy but liked the way they did my nails so I let it go. Then the last time I went she said to me I thought we tell you no come early. I explained that I could come whenever I wanted to because their sign said Walk in's Welcome. She rudely told me to sit in chair. After that I was treated rudely and I was humiliated and very upset. I feel I was discriminated against and treated very badly. I will NEVER go back and have told everyone how I was treated. That is no way to run a business.
