Took our corolla there in June of 2017 for just a standard oil change. 3000 miles later and two shops tell us they can't get the oil cap off without breaking it because Mr Quick apparently had the Hulk tighten it.
It was great until I noticed that the workers had broken off my dipstick inside the engine and did not tell me about it. Upon calling back, the manager said that the company is not responsible for literally damaging my vehicle. I now have to pay a my mechanic money to fix the damage as well as a dipstick replacement. All in all, if they damage your vehicle, they are not responsible for it. Disgusting. I discourage people from going there for the safety of their vehicle.
I went in and it was fast. But they didnt tighten my oil filter, so I had a oil leak...
