I have been having problems with my car ever since I bought it. The newest problem however that I have recently come across is that when I am on the highway or doing over 60 mph anywhere, my car shakes and rattles the whole time I'm driving. When I came into VIP on stillwater a few weeks ago, Cameron was very helpful in answering any questions I had and helping me try to find a solution to my problem. He was extremely helpful and I thank them for their help on trying to figure out my car problem. I will continue to come back and have services done for my car here at the VIP on stillwater.
Cameron at the service desk was EXCELLENT. I went in to pick out tires for my Nitro, and he was so helpful finding the tires that I wanted. He was very helpful providing me with a quote for what's needed for my next sticker. Very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable staff in general. I spent more than what I was expecting, but I also left very satisfied and confident that I can rely on these folks to assist with future service.
I had an excellent experience with Roy Smith at the Stillwater Ave. Bangor location. I had a flat on my way to Bangor from Auburn on Sunday. I was able to get to the VIP store in Waterville, however, because I have "run a flat" tires they could not help me with my make of vehicle. I had to leave my car, get a ride to Bangor where I work, and figure out what to do about my car 60 miles away. I went into the Bangor store and Mr. Roy was so knowledgeable! He informed me of my options so that I could make a good decision regarding the replacement of my tires. He took the time to call the Waterville store for me (while I was standing there) and explain what I had decided and why. I felt confident with the decision I made and I can not thank him enough for decreasing my stress! You have a winner in my book with Mr. Roy. Keep him.
