The only plus was the bed is comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and enjoyed our stay here. They were having trouble with one of the elevators but clearly labeled out of service. The pool was very small but very clean and nice temperature. Overall a good place to stay.
Rude night auditor/ front desk. Me and a co worker are platinum elite members and we went in to inquire about some information about the hotel to potentionally get in to the hotel later that month and the guy wasn't even at the front desk, we waited 20 mins and a bartender or server from the restaurant had to come pull him out of the back office. End result is SPG IS off to a bad start for our traveling, we are platinum elite members with Marriott and SPG
The parking is weird, and the entrance isn't well labeled so getting in was interesting. We didn't know we were in the hotel, we had to ask the front desk if I was in the right place. The comforter and dust ruffle on the bed is dirty, there are bugs in the room (we're on the 8th floor and windows don't open). No complimentary toiletries or breakfast. In the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, and body watched are attached to the wall: there was no conditioner in the container. The water took about 20 minutes to be hot. We won't be coming back.
Great that the hotel is right next door to the airport for those early flights. Rested well in a comfy bed. Left too early to comment on breakfast.
After a day of travel, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was tasty, but the service was slow and not the friendliest. For the convenience though (it's literally attached to the airport) I can't complain.
