Great pet friendly hotel in the Bangor area. Close to the Mall and lots of other stores. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Not far off I-95 so when traveling North great place to stop. Restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast, the best I have received at any hotel I have stayed at while traveling.
Very pleasant staff
This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to food and shopping. Hotel needs to be renovated. Old air conditioning units. Light fixtures and faucets rusting. Needs new carpet. And breakfast is subpar. I've stay at a ton of Quality Inns and Quality Inn and Suites. Most of them are clean, comfortable and cozy. This one has lost the "Quality" in Quality Inn. I hope this changes for the sake of the Choice brand.
Quick and easy check in. Clean rooms and sheets. Towels are also clean, but not great quality. Decor is a bit dated, but extra friendly staff makes up for it. Decent breakfast. Sandy does a great job keeping the breakfast area well-stocked and extra clean. Recommend.
