Dan did a fantastic job! We had been to other furniture stores and left less than impressed with either the lack of attention or pushy sales people. Dan took his time to educate us on the products and help us find the right bed for us, while at the same time giving us the space we needed to talk things out and make decisions. I can't wait to receive my bed and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to this location in the future!
My wife and I checked out Mattress Firm while visiting the Bangor area a couple of weekends ago. The sales people were knowledgeable but not pushy. We didn’t anticipate actually making a purchase but we were able to get a good deal on a great mattress. It was delivered a few days later and we are really happy with both the mattress and the experience.
The guys here are awesome! So nice and patient. Answer all your questions and if they don't know they'll find out for you. Helpful in every way! Glad we went through them to buy our new mattress.
After researching online and having a budget, I went in and Dan gave me great service. Low pressure and he had lots of info. I definitely suggest asking about outlet mattresses, as my mattress came with incentives and was still under budget. You can also haggle price and they will work with your price range and needs. Lots of options here
Daniel Michaud, that’s the person that made my experience above and beyond! He greeted us while with a customer. He communicated enough information that would get us started while finishing with the current customer. We told what we needed and he made sure we got the best price and walked away with everything that night! It was completely unbelievable, that he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers when we left. He even let us borrow his own personal tie downs for us to be able to get our box spring home safely, with the promise we would return it within a week. It was the most hassle free shopping experience I have ever had! I plan to be a customer there for years to come! And as long as Daniel Michaud is there to help, I know I’ll have nothing to worry about.
