For the past 7 years, our vehicles have been serviced and maintained exclusively by Darlings Audi of Bangor. Service Manager Kim Cotta never fails to make the experience a positive one. Her personable and professional manner leaves you feeling comfortable and confident that your vehicle is in good hands, and that maintenance and service will be completed in a totally professional manner. Kim always updates us with vehicle status, provides detailed recommendations, and more than once has gone above and beyond to accommodate us if repair circumstances require an overnight stay for our vehicle. Kim Cotta and the Darling Audi service team have made us loyal customers and when the time comes for a new Audi vehicle, we will visit Darlings.
First Ryan, then Matt, and Kim -- what is there not to say about those amazing individuals. Since I'm female, I particularly love working with Kim -- she makes sense out of my questions and explains complicated issues in a way I can understand. She also knows my voice when I call -- before I even tell her! Last time there, I had a new service writer, Jen. I was a little surprised, because Kim is "my girl", but Jen is a confident woman who also knows a great deal about cars. What I want to know is, where does Darling's GET all these terrific women who not only know and understand cars, but who are excellent communicators as well?! Strong work, Darlings!
I initially brought a Ford Explorer rental car in to get examined because somehow mykey got turned on and we couldn't turn the volume up past a whisper. I had a great experience, despite the fact they were not able to help with the situation (as it was a rental from another state). We loved the car and decided to buy one for ourselves. Since then, I have only had it serviced at Darlings Ford and I wouldn't want to take it anywhere else. As soon as I pull into the garage I am greeted and my car is inspected. Logan always explains the process, what they'll look for during my service and asks if there are any issues I'd also like inspected. Most times I choose to wait in their (very simple) waiting room, but one one occasion when I was having a strange noise inspected I opted to use their free ride service. The driver was courteous and prompt. I find the service to be inexpensive and hassle-free. I love working with this dealership!
I'm not even a customer....yet. Was in the area yesterday and stopped in, I had a few questions about transmission issues in my 2011 ford fiesta due to recall parts. The service team was awesome. The guy we were talking to seemed genuinely concerned and did everything he could to help us. They made such an impression that we decided to go in the sales dept. and try to get into a car through them. The sales man that we dealt with was just as nice and caring. Even if we aren't able to get the van they are trying to get us into, I still recommend them, just such an awesome experience.
