The Scarborough dealer gets my business again.
I leased my first Mercedes-benz from Quirk in 2014. I worked with David Roberts and Tim Patten and both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new car. Every time I went in I was greeted promptly and given AAA service. Recently I did an early upgrade to a newer car and everything was taken care of before I even got there. I have had "Nothing but the best" service each and every time I have come in or contacted Quirk Mercedes-benz. Above and beyond my expectations!
Please mark me down for a VERY poor review of Quirk Mercedes.
So I bought one from the Scarborough dealer.
On August 25, I took my E350 in for service. The service team was very prompt on receiving me and the car for our 8am appointment. I was told a half hour to complete the job, and that service goal was met. On Saturday morning I proceeded to sleeve my recent documents from Quirk and place them in the glove box. Normally I access the compartment from the inside of the vehicle, but today I went in from the passenger side. I found SEVERE scratches on my hood where a laptop was placed, then drug off. I'm at a loss for words, of how something like this can happen. This group services some of the finest vehicles on the planet. Guess I might have received better service if my ride was an AMG. NEVER going back.
When I later needed an expensive new set of tires and service, I thought I would give them another try but again, they would not return a call.
Because it is closer, I wanted to buy an E350 from this Bangor dealer but I couldn't get them to return my email or calls.
I like to go to Mercedes dealer. They usually are very friendly and kindly. But today was not. The sales man makes my wife and I feel bad. It was terrible attitude for customer what I never had seen. I don't think I can understand.
