I need to clarify that I am writing this for my father, who prefers to not use the internet. Either way, he bought a brand new 2011 Outlander Sport from you guys back when it was new obviously! He drives it very little, still under 40k on it. Either way, you guys have taken care of EVERY issue he's had, small or large, same as Quirk has taken care of his Hyundai Elantra as well. He drives about 1.5 hours south to get there, but worth it in my opinion. He reports you are currently addressing a rust issue around the rear tailgate handle. No problem whatsoever....Thank you for taking care of your customers.
Dishonest,runs their own agenda,runs your credit without your permission. Ran credit 10 TIMES!!!!!! Was told the situation would be rectified. No action has been taken like I was promised. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you value your credit and want someone to deal honestly with you,then Quirk is not the place for you.
