Absolutely terrible. I called at 12 in the afternoon. Said they'd call back soon. 3 hours later I call them and they tell me to come up. So I drive 45 minutes to see this specific overpriced car. I go there. Waste another hour just to get a low ball on my trade in. Defitnely not time friendly. The one guy I spoke with was nice but the gm of the building quite bleh. 0/10 recommend
