Worst service we have ever received at any AVIS. I am an Avis First and Preferred client and have never been treated the way the team in Bangor has treated me. I have written the manager of the location, Brett Tarr an email and have not heard back The situation is still ongoing and I need someone to contact me as soon as possible to help.

Make sure you inspect the car. They gave me one with huge dents in both bumpers. Also took one hour to pick up my car. price was good tho...
I normally have wonderful luck with using any of the rental car companies at the Bangor International Airport. This is the second time this has happened to me... I was charged for using the toll box in the rental when I did NOT use it...didn't touch it to even open it... I have my own EZPASS...when I called to complain that there was a fee taken out by AVIS and it said on my bank statement AVIS rent a car TOLLS... the gentleman at Avis at the BIA...told me that they have nothing to do with that and that I needed to call my EZPASS which made no sense to me... but I called my EZPASS and they of course said that if the account says the charge was taken out by AVIS rent a car it has nothing to do with them... which I figured that in the first place. This sounds like a scam to me... AVIS is making money on something that was not used. I have tried multiple times to call AVIS back...they are open until 12:30 a.m. today (I checked) and no one is answering probably due to seeing my caller ID... I need a MANAGER to call me..not to tell me that AVIS has nothing to do with this charge, that is hogwash and I want the charge taken off my card. You have my info obviously, you charged my account on 07/26/17 when I rented your car from 07/07 to 07/14!!! I will be stopping by the desk when I am in Bangor very soon to talk to someone if i don't hear back soonnnnn!!!!
