Had reserved a month in advance as traveling for Labor day weekend. Upon arrival, reserved vehicle type wasn't available so had 2 upgrade options for same rate.

Then return flight cancelled due to hurricane Irma and getting extension on rental was quick and easy -- 5 min phone call to airport counter and done.
